I don't believe there is an agent on this planet I would recommend more than Andrea. She represented us on both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one. As with most things, there were unforeseen hitches. Andrea was incredibly responsive and always there with advice or an answer. If she didn't know the answer, she made sure she found it and got back to us in a timely manner. Even more impressive here we are a year after that sale/purchase and I recently had a question, and the first person I turned to was Andrea. She replied immediately and supplied the answer. We never had a moment of doubt we knew she had our best interests in mind and would take care of us, and I'm happy to say that relationship continues even after the transaction is done.
Andrea helped us close in less than three weeks and she was there with us every step of the way. Our first Realtor® was a nightmare and we had to fire him, for context. Andrea was always available (even on Sundays) and she always had an answer to our questions within about 5-10 minutes unless she was helping another one of her clients. She worked with our lender, arranged the inspections, and did practically everything. We basically didn't have to do anything extra on our end because she was always one step ahead of us (think ordering new appliances, escrow, etc.). All these five-star reviews are here for a reason. I feel 100% comfortable recommending Andrea to anyone.
